It's been a while since I worked or did a custom base for a toy or a model kit. Had fun working on this today as I had to distract myself about the loss of the Miami Heat to the Indiana Pacers in the 2nd game of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Anyways this is just basic stuff. I used a plastic palette for the base, an old toy base, some plastic balloon sticks, wires and some plastic plates. I will be adding grit, sand and some stones all over the base soon and paint it all rusted after.
I like how the base turned out so far and should look nice once painted. Hoping the client of this Stormtrooper is happy with the base so far. Anyways here are some pics of the primed base...
