Hello guys, I finished this build last July 6, 2009...I did it alongside my SD Destiny for three days. It is just and OOTB build for my boss, I rescribed the panel lines and did not paint the black parts, hands and sole of the feet ( coz they are made of rubber )...but gave it tons of clear gloss coat. I think I did a decent job and made a cheap crappy looking kit look like a cheap die cast toy.hehehe

that's nice, akala ko SOC series na hehehe,by the way ,you used air brush or hand painted ba xa bro, thanx ,instant fan mo agad ako
I think I used an airbrush with this one, however the gloss coat was spray can painted. thanks! :)
What type of paint did you use for the rubber parts?
I did not paint the rubber parts, just gave it a nice thick clear gloss coat ( spray can ).
I am pretty impressed about your Mazinger!
What type of paint should I use for the rubber parts because I'm planning to color it black. I'm going to make an OVA version of Mazinger Z (The color black instead of blue parts) and "Ashura Mazinger" just like in the Mazinkaiser OVA version.
Thanks!
I do not suggest you paint the black, but maybe Vallejo would do the trick as that paint is a bit flexible. :)
Uhm, what about tamiya spray paints? Will they do the trick? (I hope!) :p
Could work, but I am not confident it would though. :)
Okay. Anyway, I'm still fascinated with your Mazinger custom, sir! Thanks!
Thank you bro! hehehe. :D
Very impressive! Good job! Want more great collections of Mazinger Z? I am recommending my favorite online shop PIJ Try it and see loads of stuff there. I'm pretty satisfied with my Mazinger toys that I bought here.
