Bandai HGUC Neo Zeong POLL Results!

image below via S.Bomb

My small POLL Who is Getting the HGUC 1/144 NZ-999 Neo Zeong? just closed.

I got 44 votes in total,
  • Hell Yes ( will get this kit ) - 18 votes ( 40% )
  • Hell No ( will NOT get this kit ) - 12 votes ( 27% )
  • Maybe - 14 votes ( 31% )
The results pretty much speaks for itself. I myself will definitely get the kit! Not as early as other Gunpla friends as I will find it hard to find the budget to do so. But if I need to loan money from a bank, I will do so! I want this kit so badly, I will definitely get it within the year!

Anyways, thanks a ton for your votes, do check out future POLLs here in my blog guys! Thanks for dropping by! Until my next poll! :)

HGUC The O " The Blue Ogre " verDC23

HGUC The O

I am sort of having a bit of problem with the color balance of the close up photos. I think the first photo on top is the most accurate and closest to the actual color in person. Anyways, I just take photos using my iPhone5. Hopefully the quality of the photos are decent enough.

Here are a couple of links of the kit that explains the build in a little bit more detail.

The Making of HGUC The O verDC23

I just finished my HGUC The O " The Blue Ogre " verDC23 yesterday and I thought of posting some of the work in progress photos before posting the actual work.

As most of you know, I had surgery a couple of weeks ago. So during my ( sick leave ) recovery at home, I thought of finishing a sort of quick project to make use of my time at home. This project was not really quick as I worked on it for roughly 8 days ( 8 hours a day ). To make this post a bit worthwhile, aside from the photo dump, let me list what I did with the kit.

  • Trimmed off the neck and head and replaced with a 1/35 figure from Tamiya.
  • Added a ton of custom panel lines, specially on the butt part.
  • Added details using Tamiya pla plates all over the kit.
  • Kitbashed a MG Dom Cannon and placed it on the back of the kit.
  • Fully hand painted the kit using Vallejo Model Color, Vallejo Game Color, Vallejo Washes and Vallejo Pigments.
I constantly posted work in progress photos at my Instagram account ( in Black and White ) during the build and also posted a few at my Facebook page. Thought of posting it here in my blog to keep everything much more organized.
