Just realized that I have not archived these photos here in my blog yet. I finished this a couple of weekends ago and I am pretty happy with how it turned out, specially once I place the actual kits on this diorama. Long way to go as I still have to sand and putty up the wooden frame which is not so fun to do.

Once I have sanded the wooden frame smooth, I can then paint the whole thing and as usual weather it with my usual Vallejo pigments and washes. I have posted a few of these photos at Facebook and my Instagram accounts already but here are more photos of the 1/100 Hangar diorama so far...

  1. Really nice. Maybe next time you could try making the stone using a form of aluminium foil and gypsum but the groundwork is great!
